How long will my order take?
Most items are handmade to order, which means your delivery time depends on the fabric and style you've chosen. You’ll find estimated turnaround times on each product page, and we’ll send tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us. If you need something fast, feel free to pop us a message before checking out.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes. Just enter their address at checkout and select our gift wrap service for £5.00. We’ll wrap your order beautifully, include a handwritten message, and leave out any pricing. It’s perfect for baby showers, new arrivals, or just a lovely surprise in the post.
I have a discount code — where do I add it?
You’ll be able to add your code on the next page — just before you enter your payment details. Keep an eye out for the box labelled "Discount code" or "Gift card". If anything goes wrong, don’t worry — we can sort it after purchase too.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We do. International shipping options will appear automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Customs fees may apply depending on your country, but we always do our best to keep this process smooth and transparent.
What if I order the wrong size?
If your item hasn’t been made yet, we’re usually able to change the size — just get in touch as soon as possible. If it’s already been dispatched, we can help with exchanges depending on the item and situation. We want you to feel confident about your order.
