About Relic

Relic is a 90s-inspired surf and skate clothing brand created by Jaxon in Cornwall. Built around original artwork, heavyweight garments and a refusal to blend in.

Built Different.

Relic started with a simple idea. To create clothes that felt like the pieces you find years later and still refuse to throw away.

The brand draws from 90s surf culture, skate graphics, music, old magazines and the slightly rough-around-the-edges clothing that always seems to get better with age.

Every design begins with Jaxon. His ideas, his artwork and his take on what he actually wants to wear. Nothing is created to follow a trend or fit neatly into what everyone else is doing.

Relic is made for people who would rather stand out naturally than try too hard to fit in.

Small runs. Proper clothes.

Relic pieces are selected for their weight, fit and feel, then printed in-house in Cornwall. The focus is on clothing that feels substantial, lasts well and can become part of someone’s everyday rotation.

01

Original artwork

Designs begin as original ideas rather than copied trends or mass-produced graphics.

02

Heavyweight garments

Chosen for structure, comfort and the sort of quality that feels better the moment you put it on.

03

Printed in Cornwall

Each piece is printed in-house, giving us more control over quality and allowing the brand to stay small and hands-on.

04

Small batch drops

Relic is released in smaller quantities rather than produced endlessly or sent out as anonymous mass production.

Designed by Jaxon.

Relic is designed by Jaxon, a young surfer from Cornwall with a long-standing interest in clothing, art, skate culture and the graphics surrounding them.

What began as ideas for things he wanted to wear has slowly developed into a brand with its own identity. A little nostalgic, a little rebellious and not too polished. That is rather the point.

“I wanted to make clothes that looked like something you would find in an old surf shop, but still want to wear now.”

No mass production.
No chasing trends.
No blending in.
